Refund policy

At Vitacube, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer free 365-day returns on all UK orders.

If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Wellbeing Team at  and we will be happy to help.

To qualify for a return, items must:

* Be returned in the same condition they were received
* Include all original packaging

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Wellbeing Team hello@vitacubelabs.com as soon as possible with details and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item and whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact our Customer Wellbeing Team for assistance.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To help keep costs as low as possible, you are welcome to use your preferred courier or self-post your return.

International returns are subject to the same return conditions listed above. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer for international orders.
